Running for Office Workshop

7:00-8:30pm

Local townships and county boards are struggling to fill seats and are especially lacking voices that can reason together and develop good policy. Wisconsin Progress will share how to get started and run a successful campaign. Hear from a panel of WFU members about their experiences running for office. It's easier than you think!

The training will offer a crash course in campaign planning for local candidates, including the basics of getting ready to run, connecting with voters, and fundraising.
