Join the St. Croix County WFU Chapter for a “CAN-did” conversation with Master Food Preserver, Geralyn Karl. Experience an evening of education and exchange on the pleasures and comfort of food that lasts long past breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food preservation - its history, science and safety, tools of the trade, and edible memories will be highlighted in this community conversation about the art of enjoying our food, now and later. Also included will be a demonstration creating a simple peach salsa to be enjoyed by participants.
