Join us in welcoming a few of our favorite farms for our next Community Kitchen Chat. What better way to honor Earth Day! We will have Klemish Creamery, Bifrost Farms, and Jeremiah's Bullfrog Fish Farm, Eat My Fish! Klemish Creamery LLC is a dairy processing plant built in 2022 on our 5th generation family farm in New Auburn, WI. A portion of our herd's milk is made into ice cream which is sold in our on-farm store and in several area businesses. We will be making cheese soon to diversify our value-added product offerings. Bifrost Farms located in Boyceville, WI offers a commercial kitchen onsite. They make delicious compound butters for sale to the public and select wholesalers. They also prepare empanadas in their kitchen, you can enjoy at Brewery Nonic in Menomonie! Jeremiah's Fish Farm is an amazing magical space to fish and or hang out for the day with the family. You can also go to enjoy the beautiful scenery, live music, and grab some fresh trout for lunch/dinner without the fishing part. Farmers are the backbone of our community. I can't wait to hear their journeys and chat with these amazing, hard working, and diverse group of farms!
