WFU Articles and Bylaws state in Bylaws, Article X, Section E. The county presidents, collegiate-local presidents and county-local presidents shall serve as an advisory committee to the state board of directors. They shall meet with the state board at least twice during the year and shall sit in advisory capacity with the purpose of formulating policies and promoting the growth of Wisconsin Farmers Union.
