Please join the South Central Wisconsin Farmers Union (SCWFU) chapter for the third class in their Homesteading Class series this Summer: Herbal First Aid Make ‘n Take! 

Date & Time: Saturday, July 8, 10:30am-Noon (Herb walk at 10am for those interested). 

Fee: $25 plus $10 materials fee. 

Limit 12 people. 

Location: Bellebrook Botanicals, W3954 Vista Lane, Belleville.

Participants are welcome to come before class to enjoy an herb walk led by Monica. Discover herbs commonly used in first aid such as comfrey, St. John’s Wort, plaintain, bee balm, calendula, and yarrow. Monica will share herb facts and uses and lead the class in making your own salve (or two!) to take home.

SCWFU is offering a series of Homesteading classes this year to raise funds for our chapter’s educational fund. Hope you can join us for one of them this summer including: Making Beeswax Wrappers (6/12), Cheesemaking (6/27), Herbal First Aid Kit (7/8), and Latin American Cooking Classes (8/21).
