Double Up Food Bucks Project

The Vernon Crawford Chapter of WFU has an exciting goal of raising $10,500 with other businesses and local community members to fund the Double Up Food Bucks matching program for the entire 2026 Viroqua Farmers Market season. We hope you'll help us get there!

During our October 2025 pilot, $1,900 worth of Double Dollars were distributed to 26 Foodshare-enrolled households, spent at the market, and reimbursed to food vendors. That was a median of $50 of added income for each participating vendor-- just in one month.
