Attendees will also have the hands-on opportunity to help this 120-year old farm plant new pollinator habitat on the day of the event!
Women Caring for the Land was designed by the Women Food & Ag Network to serve women farmland landowners who are interested in learning more about conservation. Research has shown women value women-only meetings with their peers. These events provide women landowners and farmers the opportunity to network with their peers and learn from resource professionals. For these reasons, we do request that the early portion be women only .
Registration and networking start at 4:00pm. Potluck dinner at 6:00pm, bring a dish to pass!
